Palkar Helpline (PHL) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and all
contributions to Palkar Helpline are eligible for tax-exemption in the USA.
Contributions in India are also tax-exempt per Section 80G of the Income Tax
Act, 1961.
Project Specific Contribution
To contribute towards a specific Project, PHL strongly recommends well-wishers to register in this website. Click on the 'PHL Projects' link. You can browse through the current projects and if you choose to contribute please sign-up. By registering in this website, members can view all projects and will have the ability to donate online using credit card, track the status of your donations online through the 'My Accounts' feature and much more.
Check Donations
For all check donations, donors can send in their contributions to the below address payable to 'PALKAR HELPLINE'. Donors can simply mention the name of the project on check memo space or choose to sign-up with the website and submit donation.

Online Credit Card Donations
PHL also accepts donations through credit cards (VISA, Master, Amex, Discover). PHL accepts online donations through PayPal.
Vehicle Donations
PHL also accepts Vehicle Donations. To donate your used vehicle, please complete the Vehicle Donation Form and email it back to phl@palkarhelpline.org. Your vehicle will be picked up by our authorized Car Donation Program Administrator from anywhere in the USA within 7 days of receipt of your completed form. Our authorized agent would hand over the tax-exempt receipt at the time of picking up your vehicle.
PHL also accepts Stock Donations. To donate your stocks, please click the 'Donate Stocks' button below.
Donors can go through a detailed demo, advantages of donating stocks before actually donating the stocks.
Prospective donors can now donate their stocks/mutual funds to Palkar Helpline through AssetStream.
